Amberword

Terms

The service

  1. Amberword turns chat exports into PDF files inside your browser. You need the right to use the chats you open.
  2. The preview is free. There is no subscription and no account.
  3. Amberword does not certify that a chat is authentic or complete: the PDF shows what is in the export file you choose.
  4. Amberword is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

What you can buy

Prices may be shown in your local currency at checkout.

Who sells to you

Our reseller is Paddle.com, the merchant of record for every order. Paddle handles the payment, sales tax and VAT, invoices and receipts. Your contract for the purchase is with Paddle, under Paddle's buyer terms. Paddle's own privacy notice explains how it uses your data.

Immediate delivery and your right of withdrawal

The PDF is digital content, delivered at once. In the EU and the UK you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Before you pay, you tick a box that asks for immediate delivery and confirms that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download starts (EU: Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); UK: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 37).

Refunds for a PDF that fails or is defective are covered on the refund page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working, but we are not liable for indirect losses, as far as the law allows.
